Is the PSU Fine

The Spec's are

Intel Core i5 2500K Sandy Bridge
Asus P8Z77 V LX
Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 1600MHZ Ram
Sony DVD Writer
Seagate or Western Digital 500GB HDD
Cooler Master Elite 311 Plus

I am about to purchase these next week....( on a tight budget ) and i already have a Cooler Master 350w PSU

http://www.coolermaster.in/product.php?product_id=3926

Is this compatiable with the above....and will it be sufficient for just these ( just for 6 months )

I will be overclocking it later when i purchase a Corsair H80 and a Corsair TX650 later together...

More about fine
  1. I noticed you didn't mention a GPU so I assume you're going to use the on board one. If that's the case then it should be doable but not recommended
  2. Should be fine without a discrete GPU and no overclocking
  3. no,that is one of the worst power supply.this seasonic unit is a great buy-

...he already owns the CM and plans to upgrade to a corsair tx650 :pfff:

if all you don't plan to game until you get the corsair TX650, it's fine. i doubt that PSU can provide 350w but without a GPU you won't break 150w.
  5. thanks guys replaced the CM 350w with the corsair CX 430w v2
