Motherboard card

Alright so i have a HP Pavilion Media Center m8400 Desktop PC series, and i am getting the nvidia geforce gtx560 ti, with a 600watt power supply. Somebody told me that my motherboard wouldnt be able to use it because it wasnt made for this? what does he mean, cant i just use any graphics card on the moherboard this computer has, does the motherboard really matter, and will my gtraphics card be able to run on it? thanks

  2. If it is this one ; http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/ca/en/ho/WF06b/12132708-12133156-12133158-12133158-12133158-81959348-81979614.html you will be able to use it but the slow cpu will prevent the full use of the 560. You need to oc the cpu or maybe go with a lesser card like a 460 or hd 6850.
