Cpu Voltage

I want to overclock my CPU, but I can't figure out how to change the voltage on my motherboard: the Asus M4A87TD/USB3.
I would like to change the CPU Frequency to 250, and get exactly 3.5 GHZ, and lower my memory frequency to 1333MHZ, because I am using two different sets of 1667MHZ Memory.

How do I change the Cpu Voltage on my mobo?

There should be an option on the BIOS. Bear in mind that some motherboards do not allow you to change some stuff voltages included

If this is true you're going to want to get un-confused before you try changing anything.
