Cheap CPU Cooler?

The title may be a little misleading considering when I mean cheap, I mean $15 or less. I'm not looking for a D14 performance, I just need something that performs better than stock, as long as it isn't too much louder. I heard the Xigmatek apache was just as loud as stock (louder by 1dB, actually) but much cooler.


I'm looking to buy two or three of these for some $350-400 PC's I'm building.

It's GREAT for the price, but it's pretty tall though, so that's a concern if you're using small cases.

By saying that you're saying that all of the computers in my house with stock heatsinks should be on fire right now?

I may have to look up combo deals for that hyper 212. I have one in my machine right now actually, I just never thought to use it because I paid $35 for it

I was actually thinking about their 80mm and 92mm versions of the same cooler.
