How to apply thermal paste on a hyper 212 EVO

Hey guys I just bought the cooler master hyper 212 EVO and I was wondering how I should apply the thermal paste, I have been looking a lot on the internet but every thread I go to everyone has a different technique on how they apply the thermal paste, I am thinking about using the small pea in the middle of the CPU technique but I would like to hear from you guys! I will be using the paste that comes with the EVO. Thanks!

The pea sized method is what I've used forever, and did with my 212 Evo, as well. Works very well for me.
