Also, the price of your cpu cooler and the paste is about $43

An H60 is only $60 and comes with pre applied paste (good quality)

this means that for $17 bucks more your temps will be 5-10'C cooler (better OC performance) and you will almost definitely have an easier time installing the H60 than the air cooler.

I use the H100 and would recommend the H60or the H80. But if you need that $17 air is a better value in terms of cost per degree cooled.

Ahh well. I can't see any problems with your build. I prefer Asus boards personally (better OCing usually) but many people are going with the Asrock.

Can I ask, did you have any specific reasons for choosing your board?
