Additional Comments: I used to build PCs for a living but I haven't built one from the ground up in a while. I'm not concerned with being able to assemble a computer, I just want to make sure I get good parts. I'm planning on replacing a 4+ year old AMD computer. I primarily want to run SWTOR, SC2, Diablo 3 (when it comes out) and to a lesser extent any FPS that's out right now, (MW3, TF2, etc.) I would like to run all this at max settings or close to max. I would like to have an SSD hard drive for the primary to further improve loading times. This will be my first build for my useage that's Intel based. I've been a diehard AMD user for a while but from what I understand, these newer Intel based systems are just creaming AMD.

I would also like to dive into the overclocking world. I don't want to use a liquid cooling system. I've heard you can acheive stable 4ghz+ overclocks with a decent heatsink. If anyone could provide an overclocking guide with a i2500 based system that would be helpful.

Wow, forgot I don't need a couple items.

I won't need Windows or a DVD burner. Sorry about that, no need to re-calculate I'll figure that out.

I wanted to question the ASRock choice but every build I see seems to have that board, so I'm going to assume it's a good board.

In regard to choice of GPU, am I hindering myself if I go with an Nvidia card? Or is it pretty much flip a coin and/or stick to the brand you're loyal to?
