Should if you are running Windows on that thing http://www.pcgamer.com/2011/10/26/the-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim-system-requirements-released-render-giant-spiders-on-2gb-ram/ 9600m is DX9 compatible. Can't say it will be fast or pretty, but will "work".
