Approximate Purchase Date: As soon as i decide the parts i order imediatly

Budget Range: 400 Euros (There are not any thing such rebates in Germany)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: (Gaming)(CS5,3D Max,Premiere,Audition)(Surfing Internet)*(Watching Movies)

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS,Case(Asgard II)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: www.amazon.de

Country: Germany

Parts Preferences: None , whatever fits my needs

Overclocking: Yes (If possible)

SLI or Crossfire: Yes (better to be )

Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024 (No plan to Upgrade for some time)

Additional Comments: As it is stated in the tittle i can do w/o GPU for some time up to 6-8 months till i get some money to buy a GPU. Or i can get a cheaper mobo + cpu and get a gpu at the lvl of HD 6850 or Gtx 550 ti . So what do u suggest ?

I thought about those power supply's :

XFX Core Edition PRO750W power supply (ATX)

PRO550W XFX Core Edition 550 Watt ATX

And the ram :

Corsair 4GB PC1600 RAM (1600 MHz, 240-pin, 2 x 2GB) DDR3 RAM kit

Edit :
-------------------
Cpu :

Intel Socket 1155 Processor Core i3 i3-2120 Box Processor (3300MHz, L2/L3 cache)

AMD Phenom II X4 960T Box Processor (3GHz, Socket AM3, 95 watts)

And here its the mobo :)  :

Asrock 970 Extreme4 motherboard (AM3 + processor, DDR3 memory, 4x USB 3.0)

Extreme3 Asrock 970 motherboard (AM3 + DDR3, 2 x USB 3.0)

Asrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 Socket 1155 motherboard (Intel Z68, DDR3 memory, 2x USB 3.0)

Thank you all for your help !

i would go with the phenom 2, (if it is one of the quad cores, you didnt give links to the cpus) not as good of a cpu for current gaming, but it can be overclocked much easier, and the gpu in the i3 is total garbage, if you plan on having a cheap build and the PII and 450 fit it the same as the lone i3, go for phenom, mainly just because the mobo prices are much much cheaper with more features in some cases, and phenoms can game very well, maybe dont benchmark as high as the i3, but with a video card and the i3 without one, the phenom will game better at first.

also is there a reason for not liking newegg? im pretty sure they have a alt website for europian countries, not totally sure, and amazon sometimes has good deals on used items, but often a tad bit more expencive than newegg for new items. also you cant use paypal, some people prefer that.

Get the phenom II it would do fine for that resolution. if you want futureproofing though and don't mind paying a bit more i'd get the i3 for a better upgrade path.

@omega21xx

Thats my problem. In one side i want to have that PC future proof and i3 can give me that ! Mby after 1-2 Years and i7 or i5 .

Also this mobo is Pcie 3.0 so it means ivy bridge. So maybe i can w8 for prices to drop Both GPU(HD6850/6950 ot Gtx 560ti/580) and CPU(i5 2500k or i7 2600k) When ivy bridge and 6xx series come out.

So i3 the way to go ?

I'd definitely get the i3 if you don't mind not playing many games for a while until you can get a gpu. I switched to a SB system after being on a phenom ii for a while, i don't regret switching and suggest it unless in cases of HTPC's or other cases where AMD has a better and cheaper product.

I guess that HD 2000 can play games like Frozen Throne Dota cuz with the PC that i am now with OnBoard GPU GeForce 630a i get 30 fps @1024*768 at high. If it does this for 6 months ill get the i3. ? ?

You should be able to play it at that resolution without much issue, i can't guarantee high/max with AA/AF but you should be able to do medium and some max settings with some AA/AF. You can even do L4D and Modern warfare with lower settings and resoultion. Just don't expect anything amazing. :)
