Pretty much $2000 even with all of the above.

You should be able to pretty much max out everything at 1920x1080.

^ Build looks solid although I'm not sure how I feel about the MSI motherboard. Id be tempted to replace it with something from ASUS or Gigabyte.

$190 GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3P

$180 ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3

PSU is also a little over-kill, despite being a good unit. 850w is enough for CF7970 build.

$170 CORSAIR Professional Series HX850
$15 off w/ promo code EMCNJGJ33, ends 2/6

$155 XFX PRO850W XXX Edition ($125 after rebate)

I was looking at the corsair HX850 sale as well which is good, but the X series sale was nicer and I figured that since it fits might as well get 'high enough' for pretty much any application :) HX850 or X-series 1050W can't go wrong either way both are excellent.

Ps. There is some Coupon Code for the Samsung 830 256GB SSD on the latest newegg sale listing extra $30 or so off.
