Can I max MW3?

Hi everyone,
I am just wondering whether I could be able to play all max settings on MW3 or not ? My rig is the following
Asus P9X79 Deluxe Motherboard
Intel Core i7 3930K 3.2GHz SIX CORE 12MB 130W CPU
8 x Kingston DDR3-1333 4GB Ram
MSI GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB Twin Frozr II
Window 7 professional
DX 11

As I just bought the system and have not shipped yet, Please somebody any thought .

  1. why the hell ae you spending so much on i7 6 core when you can get the job done with a quad core.that cpu is going to suffer bottleneck with a single gtx 560ti.go with i5 2500k or 2600k(if you want hyper threading).overclock it to somewhere 4~4.5ghz,and use your money for something like 6970 crossfire or 580 sli(if budget allows).that will max out any game.
  2. If you mean Ultra settings, not likely.

he is talking about MW3 not BF3 lol :pt1cable:
  3. I have a 2500K and a 560Ti, I can run MW 3 Maxed at 1920x1080, (Well over 60 FPS)

You don't really need such a beefy CPU, 2500K is perfect for a gaming rig.
  4. +1 for cpu but i suggested him to upgrade the gpu fo future gaming.
  5. The reason I got that CPU is for my research (matlab analysis). I need as much multi-thread as possible that's why. For gaming, I only played WOW and COD
  6. OOPS!!! I guess MW3 is a bit easier on the hardware than BF3?

I'm pretty sure a cellphone could max any COD game. :kaola:
  8. i also think so!!!!
  9. What about skyrim?

Man, MW3 is not using a strong engine and any decent mid range GPU can max out the game, the GTX 560ti is high end decent GPU enough to handle games stronger than this.

For Skyrim, the game is a CPU whore, whatever GPU you do have you need a strong CPU to get a constant of 60 FPS, and for the i7 3930K, you're controlling the region of gaming world.
    +100 for the CPU.
  11. You'll easily max it out.
  12. No way man mw3 is so hard to run. i have a AMD FX 8190 (AMD BETA PROCESSER!!! YAY) which is a 8 core... and i have AMD GAMING SERIES 128 GB ram (ALSO BETA) with a AMD ENTERTAINMENT SERIES 2 TB SSD (ANOTHER BETA!) and a AMD ELIETE SERIES RADEON HD 7075 HEAVY METAL EDITION ( MORE BETA) with a AMD HYPER 9812 16 Direct contact copper heatpipe cooler with a 495mm fan ( all beta!!! I LOVE AMD BETA STUFF ITS LEGIT)..... oh and a amd quadfire1454 mobo
so here is a list of what i have

AMD FX-8190 (TRUE 8 CORE PILEDRIVER CPU) 6.88 GHZ stock and oc'd to 13.5666 GHZ stock voltage

    AMD GAMING SERIES 128GB ram GDDR7 LIGHTN1NG speed 6777MHZ

AMD RADEON HD 7075 HEAVY METAL EDITIONx6 ( yes this beta card supports 6x crossfire)

and i have to play it on medium settings with 10-23 fps give or take on a 800x600 resoulition monit

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAH NO LOL IM JUST MESSING WITH U
YOUR GOING WAY OVER THE LINE BUDDY LOOK WHAT I HAVE FOR MY REAL SYSTEM AND I CAN MAX IT

    1.MSI K9N2 SLI PLATINUM

    2.XFX 8600 GT 256MB DDR3

    6GB CORSAIR XMS2 DDR2 800MHZ RAM

    4. AMD PHENOM II X4 965 @ 3.8-4.0 GHZ

and i can max this game with special features AA/AF turned off though on a 1920x1080 monitor

ok look dude you are way over doing it you can down your cpu to a intel sandy bridge dual core celeron or pentium and a 8800gtx which would be better than my pc bcuz i know intel is farrrrrrrr better than amd in processers so even a sandy bridge dual core celeron or pentium would whoop the crap outta my old amd phenom ii x4 965 black edition
so have fun u can cut down your prices alot

NO WAY LOL 560TI high end..... it is mid range i have a EXTREMELY LOW RANGE XFX 8600 GT and that can max it
and i know 560ti is mid range cause i have a GTX 460 v2 SC that i just need a new fan for it and that card is a REALLY LOW END GPU
  14. Your sister's hamster on a treadmill could max out MW3.
