No. Did you find out what it is. I'm trying to get in shape and I drive for a living. What's the best way of shifting some weight?

Honestly crossfit is amazing. I have had some massive improvements after 1 year of doing it.

Where are you from? Go down to your local crossfit box and give it a go!

Crossfit is amazing. It's a combination of olympic lifting with high intensity workouts. Basically you do a set of workouts for a certain amount of rounds, and you try to it as fast as possible. Which means, no breaks. It is a really intensive workout.
