I want to add printer wireless network

I we have a wireless network. all systems have xp windows. we have a printer hp laserjet 1320 that is installed on PC 1.
i have a laptop connceted to that wireless network. i want to add the printer that is intsalled on PC 1. when i go to add printer, a list appear, i select the pc and go to add, but it ask for driver, when i put cd of the drivers, it dont find the driver and it shows me a message the "windows cant find the printer"
Sir please provide me the solution.
