Which card is better?

I'll try and be specific here. I am building a gaming machine, and im trying to build a machine that will run all the most demanding games in 1920x1080 resolution AT MAX SETTINGS while using a video recording software like fraps. I have come across 2 video cards that seems alot alike but the cost diff between them is 100 dollars. Im trying to figure out which card is best for what i am trying to do. my other comp specs are as follows:
CPU - amd fx-6100 3.3GHz 6-core
Mobo- Gigabyte ga-990fxa-ud3
Memory- G. Skill ripjaw series 8gb (2x4gb) 1600 (pc3 12800)
PSU- Silver stone 500w
Case- Antec 900 black steel
HDD- WD caviar 2tb 7200 rpm

560ti is 1.5x better than the 550ti

k, i was just checking cause i figured the 560 ti would be better, but i wasnt sure if it was worth the extra 100 bucks lol, so now im guessing it is. Also in yall opinion, are the other computer specs up to par? should i look into switching out some parts for better parts without getting too exspensive?
