Geoforce 560ti: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814125401 (you recommend this over the radeon?)

hdd 500gb barracuda: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6822148767

psu earthwatts: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] nwv0c0hld5

crucial ssd: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820148441

cpu cooler (do I need this?): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] evozadpbdn

dvd asus: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6827135204

From what i see ( because not even a link is not good) its a good build.
Cpu cooler you need if you want to overclock your cpu. And its better than the stock cooler.
560Ti si almost equal with Radeon 6950.Both are good cards.
If the mobo is this ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 then you don't need LAN card because you have one board.
