How many graphics cards can i have

Hello,
my computer is a Aspire M3870-L ( PT.SE4E2.006 )
im thinking of changing my graphics card becasue one i have in is so terrible been reading up on it and was curious but couldnt fing anything about being able to install multiple graphics cards anyone be able to answer my question thanks

You have one pci-e slot so one card only.

Only thing is ; you only have a 250W powersupply so without upgrading that you cannot have a good gaming card, only low end models.

What do you use the pc for and at what resolution ?
