Computer whistling noise turns off

Hello,
If i start look google street view coputer starts whistling and after 4 seconds whistling turn just off. Sometimes it happens when i playing some games. Is there videocard error or PSU another chance that computer clock overheats.
Any ideas?

Does it sound like this?
Or can you tell what part is doing the whistling? Maybe video card? Do you have a video card?
