Upgrading Acer Aspire AX1420

Hello, I recently purchased an Acer Aspire AX1420 with the intention of using it for simple tasks at home, but I have recently decided to use it for some moderate, casual gaming. Unfortunately it does not have the proper specs to run games like Team Fortress 2 at all. I was wondering if I would be safe putting in a Radeon Hd 6570 into it (despite its painfully small 220w power supply) or if it would be safe to remove all of its components and put them into a new tower and upgrade it from there?
