What exactly will an i3 2120 accomplish?

With 8 gb of RAM and a Radeon hd 6870, will it be capable of streaming a game like League of Legends in 1080p with several browser tabs up and a music player like itunes open?

Am I expecting too much? If so, I would appreciate recommendations for any CPUs under 150 bucks....

Yeah, I realize that, but I'm just trying to save money everywhere I can. I'm on a budget and I'm a first timer in building computers, so I'm somewhat worried about being out a ton of money if I screw something up. If I can get away with an i3 2120, that would be great.
Since I'm tight on money, I'd rather pay for something that only just meets my needs rather than pay extra for something that goes above and beyond my needs.
Is the 2120 capable of the things I specified or will I really need to bump it up to an i5?

i3-2120 is perfectly fine for all of those.

na man pay the extra get 2500k. im on 2120 now its no bad bad but better spending the extra.just orderd a 3570k
