depends how much you want to spend--whether you want leds whether noise bothers you

i use silverstone air penetrators--not the cheapest but i really like the way they look and they are pretty quiet too

and great leds --the leds are in the hub not the frame so give a full circle of light not just lines

If you don't mind noise and want to keep your stuff as cool as possible, Delta fans are good, but expensive.
If you want super cooling, lots of noise, but don't need the top of the line, Scythe Ultra Kaze fans are great.
However, if you need your computer to closer resemble a purring cat instead of a turboprop engine, try a lower RPM Noctura. I have never had one, but they always get good reviews...

bad link.

most of the ones i have seen, have black and white fans so i would stick with that theme.

by cost low to high

I've heard the silverstone is pretty great, but I've heard of push and pull fans. Will I need to get different fans for the different areas of the pc?
