Sub for 775 Plastic Rings Bracket Mounting? (Tiny Rings)

What can I use to sub the plastic rings?

The tiny rings that are used to level and tighten the bracket that goes under the motherboard (Square 4 holes) where the CPU heat sink screws into.

I just got a new motherboard and I found the old plastic rings don't hold it tight, the square metal bracket under the board wiggles.

Is it still safe to mount the cpu heatsink.

I figured it out, i used some o-rings that tighten shafts into darts , dollar store O-rings are the same

plastic rubber circle
