1)Core i3 - 2120 is always better than AMD Athlon II X3 455.

2)GeForce GT 430 is no match for Radeon HD 6850.

This build will have much more graphical horsepower, RAM, HDD space, future upgradeability & bang for buck compared to the previous build.

Whatever you decide on, try to get a PSU from Antec, Corsair, SeaSonic, XFX, etc. (a reputable brand). Most would probably agree that Raidmax isn't exactly a reliable PSU brand.
