Mcp73vt-pm disable onboard graphics

My pc wont boot, fans run hard drive dvd mouse keyboard all run then it shuts down after 4 seconds, i suspect the graphics, but how can you disable it when you cant access the device manager, tried all on google, can any body help.

If it's a computer that has been around for a few years, Try changing the CMOS battery on the motherboard.
