I can probably stretch my budget for around £50 but thats as high I can go. Not looking to OC aswell.

Looks like it will all fit together, though I'm not a big fan of some of the brands you picked out, namely I've heard bad things about OCZ PSUs and have never heard of MDT hard drives. Though I'm in the USA, not in England. Good luck on your build

I can swap out the PSU for a Corsair 500W CX V2 PSU for about £4 more so it's not a big deal

Also do you have any other HDD, doesn't matter if it's in the USA as they same product is probably sold in England aswell.

those drive are refurbish amd oem so check warranty could be better get one brand new and get got warranty on it, the psu only got 18 amps on the 12 volts and one pci-e connector so if you want to upgrade later you will have to buy another one with more power and connector

Just noticed your mobo takes dual channel memory, so your going to want to get 2x2GB or 2x4GB, not the one stick you currently have.
