LLF, is it ok?

I heard a lot of people saying that if you perform Low Level Format several time, it would damage the HD. Is that true?

well in general you can not truly low level format todays drives.

You can zero fill a lot of them using manufacturer's utilities. But that's not a true LLF. And no doing this again after you've done it once or twice should not hurt it.
