Please help, 3770k either 1600mhz or 3700mhz

yet... it USED to do up to 3900mhz (Turbo boost).. now it either does 1600mhz or 3700mhz, not even 3500mhz. Kinda weird. Must have been a setting of some sort but I don't know what?

do you understand why it hits 1600?

does it hit 3900 on single threaded applications, (a single instance of prime 95, not all 4/8 cores)

You have to tweak the settings in the bios to get it exactly wehere you want it , if you dont want it dropping to 1600 you gotta remove the speed stepping and adjust the turbo ratio manually to where you want it to peak.
