Setup Public Wifi

Hello Guys,

I'm going to open a public wifi hotspot within 400 to 450 meter range.

Right now i'm planning for Belkin N1 Vision (i'll use it as Point-to-multipoint Access Point) with Netgear 9 dBi Omni-directional Antenna ANT2409.is this enough cover area of about 400-450 meters ? there are very few obstructions in between wifi router and the users area.if this is not good enough please suggest any other best wifi router or antenna that can cover the 400-450 meter area.

With the Netgear 9 dBi Antenna it should be fine!
