I would recommend a non-stock cooler for your CPU if you're planning on over-clocking!
I think the stock Intel fan could probably handle some light over-clocking, but its always nice to know your CPU is nice and cool!

I would agree with jmsellars1 on his recommendation of a more powerful GPU as well.
