Hey everyone this is my first build, i am a noob in terms of knowledge with parts.

But I have compiled a list of what i was looking at for a new gaming computer
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. and would paying more money now be worth it in the long-run?
thanks.

Approximate Purchase Date: not sure, either pretty soon or this summer.

Budget Range: 550-700 before rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, surfing web and that's about it

Parts Not Required: need about everything as its gonna be a whole new computer mouse. keyboard and OS aren't a problem though (will probably get linux or Ubuntu). Need a monitor though :)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: http://www.canadacomputers.com, maybe newegg if shipping is cheap/free

Country: Canada

Parts Preferences: none really but i have more knowledge on the AMD HD series for gpus

Overclocking: If it's worth it

SLI or Crossfire: no

Monitor Resolution: Doesn't really matter.

Additional Comments: Quiet would be nice, but it's not that important. I usually play games like minecraft and WoW, but I do wish to play high graphic games like bf3 and skyrim.

If you add .ca instead of .com to the newegg url it will become the canadian product and price.
Eg:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227510
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227510
