I'm looking to upgrade my current CPU, CPU cooler, Mobo and Ram as its really not any match for my new EVGA GTX 570 SC.
I currently have a Q6600 @2.4Ghz Stock, 4Gb of Corsair and an Asus P5N-D Motherboard.
I have some Sata drives, the Gfx card mentioned above and a 850W be-Silent PSU all of which I want to keep.

CPU wise I'm pretty much set on an intel i5 2500K but I'll need some advice on a new cooler.
No idea which particular one as there seems to be a range to choose from. Regarding the motherboard I haven't a clue. I've done a good bit of Googling though and lots of people seem to be recommending ASUS P67 Pro, ASRock Z68, things like that. I'm not really wanting "multiple PCI slots" and requiring most of the OC capabilites or any other really fancy gadgets that I'll never use. I just want a good board with good speeds that will support the variant of i5, GTX 570 (not looking to SLI) and is a generally stable board.
Ram wise again I'm probably looking at around 8 gig (running Win 7 64bit Pro).

Also what would be a reasonable price for my old CPU, Ram, Mobo, CPU cooler?

I appreciate I may come across as a bit of a noob, I built my original PC myself and it runs fine, only recently I've noticed it's time to upgrade but I haven't been keeping up with the latest developments.

That's perfect just a shame I live in the UK as that all works out to be about £270 which is my upper limit. Sadly in the UK it looks to be £300+

If you buy 4GB RAM now and 4 GB latter and the cpu cooler will fit on your budget.
