would the nivida (dell edition) Geforce GTS 240 work on xps 400

my system specs are:

Intel pentium D 2.8 GHz
4 GB DDR2 ram @ 400 MHz
1.5TB HDD and a 160GB HDD
Nivida Geforce 9500 GT @ 755 MHz
Windows 7 home premium 64 bit

Yes it would, but it ain't that much of an upgrade. Still, anything better would be bottlenecked by the cpu anyway i think.
Are you trying to upgrade or changing a deceased gpu ?

yes im changing my 9500 out since 25 fps is not good enough but i forgot to mention im getting a new cpu mabey a core 2 duo and i have a 650 WATT psu (coolermaster GX)
