  1. According to amd website:http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/ati-radeon-hd-5000/hd-5770/Pages/ati-radeon-hd-5770-overview.aspx#3
You have to at least 450w power supply for 5770 or 5750

I wouldn't trust using an HD57xx with an unknown brand PSU. Also, the HD5750 requires a 450W PSU as per AMD's website (and even then, it still depends on the amperage of your +12V rail).

So if you really want to be on the safe-side, you should buy a better PSU (Seasonic, Antec, OCZ, Corsair, Coolermaster...).
Or if you want to risk it, the HD5670 MIGHT work...

Always remember, the PSU is the most important part on your computer. Everything else's safety depends on it.
  3. HD 5670 will definitely work - even the 5770 should be fine, but give some more specs on your PSU
  4. what about the cpu?

is there any bottleneck problem with this cards?

Yes. Not so much the HD5670, but the others absolutely yes.
