I tried voting a particular post down on a thread but I get presented with a "You have already voted" alert. Is this expected behavior?

I'm using the forums via the co.uk domain.

It is an UK issue. I just checked an article from the US site and I was able to vote a post up or down.

I'm not using the UK domain. Guess I should have mentioned that. Also, I've not been around the forums very long. I'm actually a bit confused when you can and can't vote on a post. I've read a few new posts lately that doesn't provide me the options at all. Including this one.

Hasn't worked for months. I'm just holding out for that new system that's coming here in Q1 of this year. Anybody remember we're getting a new platform here that has the bugs worked out?

They aren't bugs; they are undocumented features.
