No display..

Hi, Could any one help or suggest how to fix my problem?? I have a gigabyte motherboard S-series with a quad-core processor and 2 gb ram. So the problem is that when i turn on my pc , it doenst show any display,

so first i have tried another monitor...

The problem contynued so i thought that it could be the graphic cards problem... so i have changed the graphic card but again the same thing nothing is displayed at all....

also i forgot to tell you that when i turn on my pc i dont hear any beebs.... also in my motherboard there is no any led... working....
all the fans work normaly ( gpu , cpu unit ).
Also the hard drives work normaly i cann hear them.

So this should be my motherboards problem or my cpus??

If you don't get POST beeps and the standby light on the mobo isn't on, but fans and HDD's still run, that's a pretty good indication of a dead mobo.
