I would not buy the GTX550Ti. I would either go with the Radeon 6790:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161377
or if you have the money, the Radeon 6850:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102908
Both video cards are better than the gtx 550Ti. I would personally NEVER go with Nvidia if the card isn't the gtx 560Ti or higher since AMD will win price wise and performance wise.

I would also not go with the case you chose. It may look cool on the website, but it really isn't good at all. I would go with the cheaper NZXT Gamma $40:
http://www.amazon.com/GAMMA-Classic-Interior-Chassis-Black/dp/B002UDK9U6
The NZXT Gamma is a great case for the price. You won't find another case with the features the Gamma has at the price the Gamma is at. It was designed for gaming systems and therefore can fit 10"+ video cards (my Radeon 6870 fits in the Gamma).

Unless it is absolutely essential, I would go with a different RAM. I would go with the Mushkin Enhanced Essentials 4GB:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146748
It has great ratings and is also $8 cheaper.

No, I chose a cheaper RAM kit to save money, Kingston is a great company. You can still go with the Kingston if you want, but the mushkin is cheaper
