I agree with azeem, however, keep the z68 chipset motherboard if you're going to plan to upgrade to an overclockable CPU in the future (i7 2600k or i5 2500k). Otherwise, go with a H61 or H67 chipset motherboard.
Also, get the Intel i5 2400 instead of the i5 2500k. The 2400 gives similar performance for $20 less and like the i5 2500, cannot be overclocked.
