No display; blank screen

hey guys i really want a solution for my problem the thing is that i recently bought Nvidia 9600gt, Intel board dg41rq, dual core e550 2.8, PSU (corsair CX-430).

The problem is that when i run my PC on my built-in board VGA my monitor shows display as normal, but when i plug my 9600 in PCie and then turn on my PC the screen remains blank and shows no display what so ever. i tried everything like checking PSU wires to Unplugging and plugging RAM etc..
