Everything is compatible and will work together well. i'd recommend waiting on a sound card, on board is usually sufficient for most users.

And why win 7 pro? do you need xp mode or language ability? if not, go home 64.

Don't forget a cpu cooler!

just a fan? or an actual CPU cooler? the fan you have will mount to the case in some location you choose, the cpu cooler will mount on top of the processor (dont forget the thermal paste!) to keep your processor cool and let you overclock the K series
