In Explorer when a Folder is selected the context menu
items order is:
"Open Command Window Here", "Search", "Explore", "Open"
resulted annoying behavior - command Windows pops up when
click on Folder.
How to change order to "Explore", "Open", . ?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
