Hi, im thinking of replacing my motherboard from intel d946gzis to Asus P5N-D,can it support ddd2 667 ram,e2140 cpu and ATI radeon 4650 graphics card?

Is your old mobo broken? That is, why are you making the switch? You won't see a difference in performance.

It's not broken that intel board doesn't give any overclocking options ,so i'm changing that board to another one , im thinking of getting one of these :Asus P5N-D,Abit IP35-E ,GIGABYTE GA-P31-DS3L.
