Which CPU should I get? 2600k, 2700k or 3770k

Ok here is the deal recently I got one of the microcenter bundle i7-2600k + Asus p8z77-v for really good price. I like the motherboard and from what I read the only difference between the Basic and the PRO version is extra fan header and extra usb 3 header, which I can’t care less about since I have cosmos II case with fan controller and will never need more USBs. Anyway to the point should I exchange the CPU for something better? My i7-2600k cost $259 the i7-2700k cost extra $20 and the new ivy bridge cost $289. I am not going to overclock or mess with the CPU, I just need fast, cool, noiseless system for everyday stuff and a lot of Photoshop (including cool because I am coming from Sabertooth x58 and that thing use to run at 70C idle and my bedroom was like a sauna)
My current configuration is:
CPU: i7 2600k
MOBO: Asus P8Z77-V
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16gb (4x4gb) PC3-1600
Power supply: Corsair professional series 650w
OS hard drive: 2 Samsung 830 256gb in RAID 0
Video card: EVGA GTX 570 1.2gb (not best but for $250 I am happy with it)
I am not sure if it makes such a difference all parts above but I am including them anyway.
I will also greatly appreciate any suggestion on good cooling solution I got CM 212 but the fan comes above the first DIMM and I had to exchange it. Currently I have Corsair H60 (on sale from bestbuy for $49) but it’s loud, very loud and if I leave it stock the BIOS shows the pump is running at 4320RPM when I slow it down the noise goes away some but still noisy.

Thank you guys I figure the CPU is fine plus I have a friend who is on the same MoBo but have the new ivy bridge and his CPU scores 7.8 just what mine does.
The cooling solution must go 100% I just checked and its shows 40C the stock fan used to do 33C but I really don’t know what to get in this price range I choose the H60 because mounting the radiator on the top gives me better room around the CPU but from what I read I would be extremely lucky if I get one that works properly. My other chose is the Antec 620 which is exactly the same price $49 but I am not sure if that is more reliable.

Agreed. The slight performance benefit of the 2700k or 3770k would not be noticeable, even in CPU limited situations. The 2600k is an excellent match for your intended use.

All high end CPUs seem to get 7.8 in Wei

I agree as I said first I had CM 212plus but when I got vengeance memory I had to return it because it was covering the first memory slot other than that I was very happy with it. And the only reason I went to the H60 is because clearance. I don’t mind trying the 212 EVO and the 612 but microcenter is 20miles away and I am sick of buying and returning stuff lol Do you know if any of the 2 recommended coolers will give me clearance over the memory?
