Get a reliable PSU like the Antec Earthwatts Green 500W.

The antec bp430 included in the case is more than adequate for his needs.

It's not certified to any standard, not even 80 PLUS normal. I would take it out and get the EArthwatts Green or Corsair CX430/500

Well just 80 PLUS is pretty crud.

My point is for the money its a good deal. I agree I would much rather have at least a bronze in there but it is an antec and it is 80+ with active pfc and would be more power than he would ever need.
