ASUS ML248 24" - Display doesn't extend to edge of screen

Hello,

I recently bought an ASUS ML248 24" and when I had my old Radeon 4670, the picture doesn't extend to the edges of the screen.

I recently bought a Radeon 6950, and the same problem exists. There is no option for me on the On Screen Display to modify the display.

A weird thing is, when I run Battlefield 3, it shows on the entire screen, but on games like Starcraft 2, it does not.

Any suggestions?

In CCC under digital panel attributes enable GPU scaling to full screen.
