First, have you considered building it yourself? It's less expensive, you get more control over every single part, and honestly it's fun.

Alright, for suggestions. I'd drop to the 2500K as the 2600K/2700K offer very little for gaming and come at very high premiums.

I'd take a look at the AMD 7950 over the 580. At stock speeds it trades blows with the 580 but does it for less, everything really, cost, tdp, heat, noise. These cards have also shown about 30% overclocking room which blows them right past the 580.

Have no idea what Team RAM is. Stick with major names like Crucial, Kingston, G.Skill ect. 16GB is also overkill for gaming. If you're going to be doing rendering or something along those lines sure, if not stick with...

Everything else looks pretty solid, best of luck!

This PC is for games?

If yes, your build is not so good.. (concerned about the performance/cost ratio)

The best way is to drop the i7-2700k, go for the i5-2500k, you won't lose a thing. If you aren't binded with Nvidia, go with AMD and get a HD7950, basically same speed and cheaper.

For dual HD7950 you wouldn't even need a 1000W PSU, but just for security drop the 1200W unit and go for a 1000W.

I know you have the money, but this don't mean you supposed to spend a lot don't you? :)

Happy buy/building!

Thank you for ur post, I have seen pretty much everything and my pc is just for games, Nvidia woudnt be more durable?
and what would u suggest for other parts? i can spend it, but wisely would be the thing.
