Thanks to all input in advance. I've built several systems before but not in years. I should also mention that I do little to no gaming and its mainly for work/movies/music. Also, I plan on running only the OS and programs on the SSD. So what do you guys think? Over the top, under the top, what the f***, etc.? Any input is appreciated:

Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower
Asus Crosshair V
G.Skill 2x4GB DDR3 1333 F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL
OCZ Vertex 3 SSD 120GB
PC Power & Cooling Silencer MK II 750W
SAPPHIRE 100315L Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit
AMD Phenom II X4 960T
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus CPU Heatsink

Total cost: $848.65

Thanks!

Short of HTPCs there's no pricepoint where AMD has the advantage any longer in cpus. This was a sub-800 build I put together for someone else the other day, maybe it'll give you a few ideas.
