How to find out whether i have a graphics card slot or not?

bro my brother assembled the desktop,,, it is working fine,, its 1 year old only... actually i m a gaming freakso just like others i too want to have a graphics card,, bt the thing that is bothering me is whether i have a slot of graphics card in my cpu or not... is there any way to find out that??? i can see three slots that are free in c.p.u,,,, one is green and other two are black snd they are together at a half inch distance and have the same size bt the green one is a bit bigger than them..... so plzz help me out with my querry mate????????plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  1. to help you, really need pc specs, ie psu, cpu, mobo etc, pc model number ie dell etc.
    try taking pic and posting that would be helpful.
  2. Download a program like "Speccy" that will display your computers specs. Then Google the info for your motherboard. That should give you the info you need.

  3. Open it up and look for a PCI-E slot, if there's a card in the slot you have a graphics card. Just look at what your monitor is plugged in to.
