FX-4100 temperatures

I have an AMD FX 4100 running at 4.2ghz, with a COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO. I Also have 3 240mm case fans and a 140mm case fan.
When Idling Coretemp, AMD Overdrive, and HW Monitor all show a temperature of 0-5 degrees Celsius. When I did Prime95 testing for three hours the highest i reached was 25 Celsius.
My question is how accurate is my temperature reading (It dosent seem accurate to me)? Also is there anyway I correct this? If not, what should I put the offsets as?

They're obviously wrong unless your ambient (room) temp is 0C, lol.

You generally need to use a +15C offset for Core Temp on FX CPU's, but even 40C in Prime sounds a bit cool.
