New i7 2600k, Core Temp Readings, problem here?

Hello all, I finally built my new system yesterday and installed a Hyper 212+ heatsink. The motherboard temp readings were saying 70 degrees Fahrenheit and so I thought that seemed high. Then I downloaded Core temp 1.0 RC3 and it says each of the cores are reading about 28-30 degrees celcius. So the motherboard temp seems to be reading the same if you convert them. Did I not apply enough thermal paste? Bad airflow somehow? I have tons of fans...

Is this normal?

Those are really good temperatures. If you're getting around 30 degrees Celsius then that's great. Granted it will get hotter if you are playing games or doing anything using the CPU but it should be fine if those are your idle temps.

Those are excellent readings assuming they're accurate. I would leave your cpu alone.
