System has experienced boot failure

Hello, I took out my 2 GTX 285 video cards to just dust off the fans. I took them out and reinstalled them exactly the same way I took them out. I turned on the computer and got "boot disc error".. I then went to bios screen and got this message 'system has experienced failure because of overclocking or change in voltage.

Please help.

Also, when trying to boot, the bios is setup for hard drive is set to boot attempts, but when trying to actually boot, it says "boot from CD/DVD " 2 times then "disk boot failure.
