Do i need Aftermarket coolers?

Hey guys im planning to buy the Arctic Accelero Xtreme Plus ii
but kinda having second thoughts... :/

i have a Radeon HD6950 which i OC from
800-910mhz
1.1v-1.2v
+20 Powertune
when i play games fully load
my temp would go 60-75c with fans 4000RPM
its really loud but i dont really mind it when i start playing...
in idle my temp would go from 40c down to 36-32c. its really cold here at the moment...
(this morning my CPU temp was 16c and idle GPU 30c)

is my temp safe?
would you still recommend me getting it?

its just that my HD6950 will be replaced not soon but will be...

If you're not bothered with the noise then leave it, those temps are decent.
